The AUTO PHOTO Creative Impact Award celebrates the achievements of automotive photographers who have made a significant impact in the community and industry.

Do you know an awesome photographer who deserves recognition for their work? We invite you to nominate them for the AUTO PHOTO Creative Impact Award!

They could be someone who has inspired you, supported your work and encouraged you to broaden your approach and try new things with your photography, told important stories with their own work, or made outstanding contributions to the industry.

2023’s winner, Phil McGovern was chosen by the AUTO PHOTO audience for his significant impact in the community and industry, and for his work building Caffeine & Machine, a dedicated and welcoming space for enthusiasts of cars and photography. Phil has since joined the AUTO PHOTO  judging panel for the 2024 Awards, and his images have been included in the AUTO PHOTO 02 book and exhibitions. We’re working together to create more opportunities for photographers – C&M have showcased the TOP 100, their shop now stocks the AUTO PHOTO books, and recently we collaborated on an Inside the Machine talk.

This year’s recipient will receive a bespoke trophy, exhibition and publication opportunities, and be invited to join our panel of expert judges for the 2025 AUTO PHOTO Awards.
